Thornley Leazes was established over 20 years ago by Stan and Margaret Watson. The home has space for 12 residents. Thornley Leazes care , is a privately owned residential home which prides itself on offering a highly professional care service for adults with learning disabilities.
We feel people need a home where individuality is emphasized, with staff who have time to give attention to small details.
We are committed to providing value for money within our comprehensive and caring service:
The fees charged are dependent on the type of care package and needs of the individual. But are based in line with Northumberland county council fees.
We have a 12 bed residential Care Home for adults with learning disabilities and/or additional needs. Although the home is very popular, and our residents reside with us on a long term basis, occasionally we are able to offer respite care and day care.
In addition to this, we regularly organise group holidays both in the UK and abroad – This may be something you would like to take advantage of and have a holiday with carers on hand 24 hours a day.
