Holme Farm Residental Home
Holme Farm Residential Home is a purpose built, single storey building with no stairs or steps ensuring easy access to all. We can accommodate up to 30 residents.
Families are encouraged to visit regularly and use the home facilities. Arrangements can be made to go out for the day to visit friends and family.
We aim to encourage a good communal contact with the village community.
We provide more than just basic support, our home is driven by the individual needs of our residents.

Holme Farm Residential Home is located in the pretty village of Elsham not far from the market town of Brigg in North Lincolnshire. The home is set in its own extensive grounds, which include fish ponds, woodland and pasture land where livestock graze.
Around the home itself are inviting lawned gardens with easy access for residents, and plenty of parking spaces.
Whether it’s the little cares and attentions we can offer our residents on a daily basis or a real need for loving care, our work is always focused on on being friendly and supportive to those who require care and support.
Dignity, respect, understanding and sensitivity are all practised by our highly trained and committed carers who help to create a trusting and personal relationship with all those who stay with us.
