Moving into a home for any resident can be a difficult time for everyone involved, not only the Resident but the family also. Our whole team will help you as much as we can to make this time as easy as possible. We want coming to our home to be a positive move for the benefit of the resident where their quality of life is paramount and is of the greatest benefit to all concerned. We are trained to deal with the every day worries of the daily living and nursing requirements which may have become to much.
Our Residents are the reason why we are here. The residents’ choices and decisions are the most important consideration in how we make Harmony House their home. Where possible we want our Residents to make their own decisions about their own lives. Our only concern is the health and wellbeing of each individual.
Our Manager , Staff and professional service providers will always be on hand to help make an informed decision for the benefit of the individual in a dignified manner.
In our home each resident has the freedom to decide their own preferences.
Our Staff are in place 24hours a day to care for our residents to the highest standards possible and a Senior member of Staff is on duty at all times. All the needs of our service users will be met by our caring staff under the watchful eye of the dedicated management team who are committed to making Harmony House the best home in the area. We are very proud and lucky to have such a highly skilled and dedicated team in place.
Staff are receiving the highest level of training reaffirming our on going commitment to top level care provision. Alongside the staff, sit the administrative team who have been put in place by the directors to ensure that Harmony House can only get better. We feel it very important that our service users are involved in the decisions that affect their lives and the operation and delivery of services they are provided with.
