Fern Hill House Care Home is located on a main road close to the town centre facilities of Bacup. It is an older style property with facilities on three floors, which could be accessed by steep staircases or a number of chair lifts and a passenger lift. There is a small car parking area with a gated seating and smoking area to the front of the house.
