Independent Excel Care Consortium Limited- [IECC Care] was founded by Gam and Lavangi in the year 2013.Their experience in Social Care goes back over three decades. They both were responsible in creating many organisations providing care particularly for individuals with various complex behavioural and health needs since 1999. They are all successfully run organisations to this date. Their wealth of experience beginning from hands-on care to holding many responsible positions within NHS, Voluntary and Private sectors gave them the vision to create IECC Care which today has achieved the states of a Premiere Care Provider in Essex. Being innovative in caring and maintaining very high standards of care IECC Care has managed to achieve a Very Good report from the regulators [CQC].
IECC Care staff possesses the correct attitudes and characters required for a carer who considers caring as a passion beyond being a job for them. IECC Care has its own Training Academy. IECC Care Academy and the teaching staff train, monitor and supervise the care staff on regular on-going basis. We take every effort possible to vigorously maintain the quality and standards of the services we provide. IECC Care quality monitoring is an ongoing process.
We get regular feedbacks from all stake holders of care and regularly improve matters when and where needed to meet the extreme satisfaction of all stake holders of care.
Domiciliary Care Service
[IECC Care] provides holistic support within your own chosen way of life in your own home strictly adhering to our six values. After the initial assessment a support plan and risk assessment will be completed, and the service will be individually tailored to meet the needs and satisfaction of the individual service user.
It aims to enable the person to be as autonomous and independent as possible. The care you receive is regulated by the Care Quality Commission, but the accommodation is not regulated. The care you receive will be Holistic/Social Care rather than Medical Care.
The Services [IECC Care] offer:
Assistance in getting up in the morning and/or getting into bed
Assistance in getting dressed or undressed
Assistance in self-help skills
Assistance with continence needs
Assistance/Guidance with ordering, storing and administration of medication.
Promote self-medication as prescribed through education and teaching practice.
Assistance with shopping, budgeting, paying bills, and preparing meals.
Assistance in accessing health services and religious services.
Assistance in accessing and attending college, work or leisure activities.
Assistance with visiting friends and families.
24 Hour Skilled Staff for (Assistance/Care) services will be provided including Night Sleep in and Awake Staff. (this includes 1:1,2:1 or as required).
Live-In Care Services. (this includes 1:1,2:1 or as required)
Assistance in maintaining a functional home including household chores.
Assistance/Care for Adults under 65 years of age.
Assistance in Community Participation.
Assistance/Care for Adults over 65 years of age.
Assistance/Care for Children to Young Adults [Over 13 up to 18 Years of Age]- with sensory impairments, substance misuse problems, learning disabilities, complex/special needs, mental health needs, behavioural disorders, physical disabilities.
Assistance/Care for Adult [Over18 Years of Age]- with sensory impairments, substance misuse problems, learning disabilities, complex/special needs, mental health needs, behavioural disorders, physical disabilities.
Assistance/Care for Adults with Dementia.
Assistance/Care for Adults with Sensory Impairments.
Assistance/Care for adults with Substance Misuse Problems.
Assistance/Care for individuals whose rights are restricted under the Mental Health Act.
