A LITTLE BIT ABOUT US…

We’ve been around for a while. Almost 100 years in fact! And if we’ve learned anything over the years it’s that a bouquet isn’t just a bunch of flowers. Behind every one is an emotion. A thoughtful message, some very best wishes, a heartfelt thank you or a declaration of love. It’s the celebratory hug that says ‘You’ve got this’, the little boost they need in the face of adversity or the great big sloppy kiss you can’t wait to give them, all hand-tied with love and safely delivered to their door.

Being the carrier of your emotion is an important job. We get it. And we promise you we don’t take it lightly. That’s why we go the extra mile to make it special. What flowers will be in my Florist’s Choice Hand-tied?

Every Florist’s Choice Hand-tied is designed and created using only the freshest, most swoon-worthy stems as chosen by the florist (the clue really is in the name!). Because every design is unique and seasonal, we can’t guarantee exactly which flowers your florist will choose. What we absolutely can guarantee though is that the end result will really knock their socks off! How can we be so sure? Because it’s what our florists do every day of the week in their own shops on your local high street. Give them the opportunity and they’ll conjure up a marvellous bouquet in the way that only they know how.

How will my Florist’s Choice Hand-tied be delivered?

For everyone’s peace of mind, we’ve introduced a truly contact-free delivery experience. How does it work? Our florist will place the flowers on the doorstep, knock on the recipient’s door and then stand back at a safe distance whilst they delight in their gift. They’ll be no hand-to-hand contact and no need to provide a signature on delivery and if your recipient is in self-isolation or unable to answer, we’ll leave the flowers in a safe place and post a calling card through the letterbox. Find out more about our response to COVID-19 here.

How long will my Florist’s Choice last?

If you’re worried about exactly which stems our florists will choose, don’t be. Our florists hand-pick only the most beautiful stems (and that means the freshest too) each and every time. In fact, we’re so confident in their choices that we guarantee your flowers will bring smiles for 7 days or more. They’ll even be delivered in bud so you can experience the magic of watching them bloom before your eyes. And of course, we’ll also include flower food and helpful hints and tips with every delivery so that even the less-than-green-fingered can keep their flowers thriving.
