Our Services
At Arundel Care we offer both registered care services and supported living options to more than 60 people. We work with individuals, their families, carers, social workers, care managers, advocates and NHS trusts to meet individual’s needs.
Our aim is to enable all individuals to live as independently as possible in a home of their choice.
Registered Care Services
Our residential homes each provide 24 hour support to individuals with learning disabilities and additional complex needs.
The homes are registered with the Care Quality Commission and therefore receive regular monitoring and inspection.
Each home provides a supportive and functional environment to the individuals who live there. Individuals are encouraged to personalise the home and their bedrooms and to take an active part in the life of the home.
Every individual has a person-centred package of support in place which promotes their independence and encourages participation in a variety of educational, leisure and therapeutic activities based on their abilities, interests and needs. Each home has a Registered Manager and a team of staff which receive on-going training and support. We provide Health & Social Care Diploma training to all staff at levels 2, 3 and 5 as well as specialist in-house training. Staffing numbers for each home are determined on each Service User’s assessed needs; some individuals receive 1:1 or 2:1 staffing support.
